Akash Tablet Ubislate 7C+ – No response for service

Respected Sir, I’ve bought a Akash tablet(Ubislate 7C+) from Datawind on Feb’13. From the date of purchase, it had few technical problems like incoming calls were not working, not able to receive messages, etc. So I’ve handed over the instrument on Oct 18th 2013 to nearby dealer(Vashik Information Center at Chennai) as I got this contact through Datawind customer care. After which I didn’t get any response from the dealer or the Datawind. I tried calling them, but the answer was “IT WILL 7 DAYS”. This is the response which I am getting for the past 1 month. Even the dealer(Vashik Information Solution) is not giving any proper answer/solution.

I need the instrument as soon as poosible. Even I asked for it without any rectification for the issue which I raised. I didn’t get any response as of now. Could you please intervene and help me in getting the instrument. Please let me know if any further information needed.
