I had booked the 3 BHK flat with alliance Builders on Dec 2011 with a down payment of 2.85 lacs with an assurance that i will get the possession in 2-3 yrs but even today ( i.e Feb’15) they had not start building up the flat & also not returning back my money.I had sent a legal notice from consumer cell also regarding the refund but no response is being given to me & i’m metally harrased due to which.Kindly suggest a way forward & help me to refund my money bach with Interest.

My 2.85 lacs were being blocked leading to the mental harassment of myself & my family members. I want my money back with Interest whatever be the current rate of bank is going from the date of deposition my money to them.
