I bought a Lenovo ZUK Z1 through Amazon Flash Sale. The product received from M/s. Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd on 18.01.2016. From the second day of delivery, the gets hangs during a particular incoming call, after the mobile is not responding for any operation. Roughly after 10 minutes, it could be restarted. It happens many times in a day. I have taken it to Lenovo/Moto Authorised Service Centre, in Coimbatore-641012, TN on 20.07.2016 . They attended and returned the mobile stating that the Firmware has been updated. But still I am facing the same problem. Hence, I may kindly helped suitably over come the issue.
