Dear Sir/ Ma’am, I have applied for agent license in HDFC Standard Life in Aug 2013 and i got received the agent license (license no. 9607950) from jaipur branch which is valid up to 22-08-2016 But due to some personal problems i have surrender my agent license in HDFC, tonk road jaipur branch dated on 18-07-2016 with all required documents. As well as also received the documents submission receipt from HDFC office. But till date i have not received the NOC or confirmation of deactivation from your side. As well as also my PAN card (BJLPK7878K) is showing on IRDA site is activating. So requested to please provide me NOC or termination letter and confirmed that in how many days my PAN card no. will be deactivate on IRDA site.
