Amazon.in – Product Damaged Refuse to Replace

I bought a Bajaj GX 11 750 watt Mixer Grinder with three jars through amazon.in on April 23, 2014. The invoice number is MH-BOM1-137333431-140521 dated 23-04-2014. The liquidiser jar has developed cracks in the bottom plastic unit that is used to fit the jar to the motor. The bottom plastic unit of the body has also got degraded and is degenerating fast. The lid too is developing a crack. The customer care centre directs me to the local service centre in Faridabad where I reside. They in turn refuse to come and inspect and change the jar or the defective parts. It is under warranty for two years. Please help me.

I want a new liquidiser jar provided to me instead of this damaged one. If this is not possible, I wish to be refunded the entire amount of Rs. 2,399/- that I paid for this product plus I should be paid a minimum of Rs. 2,000/- extra for mental agony and tension caused due to this problem and the callous attitude of the company’s customer service. I have had to make numerous phone calls to them and have spent anxious moments talking to their employees for relief.
