Samsung LCD TV – Customer Service Review

I had purchased Samsung LCD TV model No. LA32C480H1LXL in 2011, now there is a problem of switching on. The LCD is not switching on. I have lodged the complaint in Samsung service center, Moradabad (UP). They sent the service engineer at home on 08/07/2014. He said the problem in main panel card and the card will be removed/ replaced and the cost of the card near about Rs. 6000/-. He noted the main card no. and said I will call you later for the replacement. That time I paid service charges (Rs.300/-). After 4-5 days I called at service center, the service engineer said there is different problem along with the main panel card, for the replacement/ repair you will have to send/ submit your LCD at the service center, Moradabad, only then the problem will be resolved.and the cost will near about Rs.8000/–9000/-. If there is problem in main card (mother board) only why they are not replacing that card at home why they are forcing me to send your LCD TV at service center? My complaint is against the Samsung service center, Moradabad (UP) that they are not providing the right solution and just for making extra money; they are providing false solution and information. Kindly do the needful against these kind of service centers.
