I bought a Sharp inverter AC X18PMT on 22/April/2014 for INR 45000 (Rs.41000 + 4000 installation). It is not cooling and making horrible noises since day one. Earlier service engineer used to come and fill some gas etc and said that AC is OK now. But now they have understood that this AC is beyond repair. I registered my last complaint on 10th July, 2014 (complaint No. 523605) but nobody came in last 9 days to even try to fix the problem. They also know that they have sold me a defective piece. I bought it from Sargam Electronics, Rajouri Garden, Delhi but they say that there work is just to sell the product and after sales service will be provided by manufacturer only. IN THE BRAND OPTION ABOVE, I SELECTED “AKAI” BECAUSE “SHARP” IS NOT THERE. PLEASE CORRECT.

I want to return this AC and I want my money back. Even if they replace this AC, I do not want to keep anything of Sharp brand which has almost no after sales service.
