I have recharged on 9/6/2014 and get 1 gb 3g data and upto 17/6/2014 the total is 884mb use was there. I am having tata docomo number 8861695xxx I have recharged few days back with 251 and was having 1 gb free data and I am surging it using data card at my laptop but yesterday it is come to know that my 150 rs is deducted without my information and on contact they are saying it is charged for the applications I am using. In my mobile which is chines no application or no net is supported and at my laptop everyday I keep track of use of data and it is only 600 mb I have used and on calling to your customer care mr santosh and senior executive they are not ready to take complaint and only insists that I have used payable applications and sites. I said many times that my mobile doesn’t support applications and on laptop I used only facebook or google or surfing only then also they were not ready to listen I want my money to be returned in my mobile account immediately since it is charged excess by your team or I will give logs to consumer cell and also to trai that how wrongly your company making foolish to people and charging excess.
