Vodafone Mobile – Wrong Billing Grievance

Dear Sir, Myself Siddhartha is in such a job where cell phone services has very important role. For the purpose I was using service of Airtel, But in my residential area it’s network was very poor, creating hurdle all the time in my work. Those days I came in the contact with the representative Mr. Kamal of Vodafone. He offered me a plan corporate CUG-199. On 12th Feb 2014 the SIM 9873180xxx was activated, but amazingly it was the plan ST_CR_MV_E_Talk_99. Immediately i brought the matter in the knowledge of Mr. Kamal on his phone 9811238xxx. He promised to make correction shortly, but sufficient time has passed nothing has been done from his end. First Time on 10th March i submitted a mail to vodafonecare.del@vodafone.com. Repeatedly I had made request in the same connection by the mails dated 22, 25th march, 7, 9, 10 and 16 April. But they have not taken any notice of my grievance/problem. Now they are creating an unnecessary pressure to pay bill Rs. 1,653, which is not genuine due to wrong plan. They are threatening to face the legal consequences. I pray for justice.

Dear Sir, It is very difficult to elaborate mental/physical and economical loss. From first week of activation of my Vodafone number 9873180603 I am continuously ‘suffering’ from unnecessary pressure till date, while I have dropped the services of the company. In 3rd week of Feb. When I called fourth time to Vodafone executive Mr. Kamal to ask about wrong plan activation, he misbehaved with me. I called dozen times to customer care @ 111 (Charges applicable – 50p/3min) even in my crucial working hours, but I received no satisfactory answer from customer care. Seeing uncooperative and irresponsible behavior of 111 executives, I wrote complaint to corporatecare.del@vodafone.com on 10th March. I told enough about my problem to 111 executive and corporatecare.del@vodafone.com, but no one took proper notice. All the time I faced a lot of mental pressure. I was bound to write mail even in the time of sleeping at midnight. Mental torture level by the irresponsible behavior reached on peak on 4th June 2014, when Vodafone send me DEMAND NOTICE regarding outstanding bill of Rs. 1,653. In this notice I was advised to pay bill within a week otherwise to face Civil and/or Criminal proceedings. I felt absolutely cheated and hurt that time, because I was all the time ready to pay bill, but only revised bill according to the plan I opted. I replied to Rupesh.Verma@vodafone.com (mail given in the notice) and humbly put my problem. Ultimately there was no conclusion of this dialogue with Rupesh.Verma@vodafone.com. Afterwards I am continuously in terror of ‘civil/criminal proceedings’ threat by the Vodafone. My conscious did not allowed to pay wrong bill, so I again requested to send me revised bill. Ignoring again my request company send me DEMAND NOTICE once again on 28th June. I again wrote my problem to mail given in notice Pranav.Dargan2@vodafone.com . As usual the result was zero. Company sends ADVOCATE NOTICE FOR CONCILATION AT KARKARDOOMA COURT on 13th July. This week I was asked by the Vodafone executive to deposit 30% less bill, which is not justified and lawful. Even then, on the suggestion of executive Mr. Abhishek, I went to Vodafon’s Navyug Market (Ghaziabad) based office on 16th July. The executive present on the billing counter asked me for authority letter of any type of concession. As the concession was verbal, he did not consider the case. This is the latest example, how they have tortured and harassed.
