1. on 13 feb 2014 i placed an order, to be delivered at bareilly costing me Rs 2048/-. 2. However the order was never delivered and on the day of delivery i had to call the customer support to confirm the status of delivery. When i asked them why they have not done so, the customer support said it could not find any vendor in the city. 3. till today my money has not been refunded.

1. because the order was not delivered i had to place another order costing Rs 2500/-. 2. After this i spoke to the customer support numerous to customer support numerous times for the refund.Every time i was told that refund will be done in two/three days but till date not done. 3. I have also written many e-mails( copy enclosed)regarding the same but Iam yet to receive my money back.

1. I want my money(Rs 2048/-) refunded and additional compensation(Rs 10000/-) for which I had to replace the order.
