I ordered a mobile 3 weeks and the seller sent me wrong phone with broken headphones. I returned the item and even it was received by the seller. Then, seller said he will refund the amount but he is not processing till date. It is now almost a month that I placed an order. Alternatively I kept on approaching Amazon through email, chat, n phone but no use. They simply say that it will be processed but they are not at all taking responsible over this and do the needful. I want to file a complaint on this and get my refund. So please provide where can I complain and go legally to get my refund. Here is the Order Number: 404-1449522-3033144 I think it is waste of time to go to Amazon to buy any product. It is also one of the FRAUD company that is doing business and has to be shut down asap. Please provide your help to go ahead.
