I have videocon d2h with customer id 29999994 and package New south gold. They remove channels without information such as times now, discovery kids etc. And when I call to Customer care about this, they told we change package channels. I further asked them any change in base price. They reply me that there is no change in it.

If they add/ remove any channel they have to info us with sms or mail on set up box. And there should be change in base price
