i have ordered a spice phone worth 5600 from snap deal within order id 2474635162 and Order Placed On : 2014-07-21 21:09:21.the phone was deleiverd on 23 july in faulty condition.I have requested a replacement on 24 july.the faulty has been collected by snap deal after 10 days of complaint.neither the money has been yet refunded nor the new product has been yet delivered .each time the customer support is contacted they just asked for soon disposal of the case but no sure date of delivery or refund is provided.

soon disposal of case.and a process should be disposed off in a well defined time limit.
