Amazon India Seller Shipped Wrong Product

Hi, I have ordered Toshiba MQ01ABD100 1TB laptop 2.5 inch Internal Hard Drive at Amazon Market place (www.amazon.in) as on 5th Jun’2015 via Order# 404-3535626-7969941 and paid Rs. 4,100.00 using credit card immediately. The given order has been fulfilled by one of the Amazon’s seller SG International, Indore as on 12th Jun’2015. SG International has delivered Toshiba DT01ACA100 1 TB 3.5 inch Desktop Internal Hard Drive (a wrong product). I communicated the same to Amazon and seller and got reply after 4 days from SG International after several follow ups that Product ordered by me is not at all listed at Amazon market place and seller denied to accept his mistake and fulfill with correct product. Also he has asked me to return the product delivered. On my request to Amazon customer service they arranged to pick up the wrong Hard Drive and the same has been picked up as on 20th Jun’2015. But not issued the claim till date i.e. 23rd Jun’2015. Amazon is mis-utilizing the customer money and harassing customer making fake promises for best class and hassle free service delivery. They are holding my money from 5th of Jun’2015 and nor fulfilled the order not even refunding the money but just keep giving me assurance that after full investigation done they will issue refund. Kindly take appropriate action against Amazon as they do not harass customer, waste their time and money. If they cannot serve customer up to the mark then they must release the money with appropriate justification and inquiring the case immediately. Whereas they are asking me to wait for 2 more weeks to get money back to my account. But why shall customer should wait for 2 weeks even product has already reached back to seller. I would request you to take strict action against such market place owners and sellers immediately those cheat customers and keep holding the money of customers.

My money is on hold with them from 5th of Jun’2015 and they have not issued the refund till date. Also they are still asking me to wait for 2 more weeks for some sort of their internal investigation. This is completely harassment to customer and keep holding the customer’s money on the other hand.

I want to instruct them to change their process about following: 1. Check and verify the product / compare the product with ordered product before shipping to the customer. (Responsibility: Amazon Market Place) 2. After getting any written confirmation from seller that this product is wrongly shipped to customer than Amazon should release the money with in next 2 days of confirmation from seller along with wrong product return to the seller.
