I have order shoes puma mobium ride they have sold me at 3000 discount they commit that they give 100% genuine products but this shoes is duplicate I verified in the showroom as well now i want to return it when i sent an email to their returning id payment@vefro.com i found out that id was invalid and when i tried to call costumer care number they are not receiving my call.

I have wasted 3000 rupees on false product. I want my refund of Rs 3000 back.
