The shipment was carried from Navi Mumbai to New Delhi and the airway bill no was 35619607. The shipment was having 3 boxes and one trolley bag weighing 20 kg n 30 kg respectively. The pickup was done on 21 feb 2015 and the delivery was done on 28 feb 2015. The boxes were delivered in good condition, however the trolley bag delivered was half empty (15 kg only). The bag while sending was locked and even during the delivery as well the bag was locked, but more than half of the goods were stolen from the trolley bag.

Goods worth more than 12000 INR were stolen. I had paid the insurance amount as well, however till date I have not received any response.
