Tikona Internet False Billing

Hi, I have subscribed the Tikona connection, but soon after I realized they failed to provide the quality service as they claim, So many times I complaint in CC but they were unable to provide the resolution. So finally after lots of frustration I decided to close the connection and for the same I logged the ticket, so they said within 15 days they will terminate the connection and no separate bill will be send, But I was surprised when I received the bill amount of 2300, I asked the reason they said your connection is still active ! They have closed the ticket because they were claiming that were not able to reach me which were completely lie, I give reply for every call. Any how I paid the amount because I dont wanted all this nonsense, But when I asked about the connection termination they said it will take 15 days, But now they are keep sending bill as full and final which must not be as I paid all the amount they claimed earlier. Please take a note on that and guide be what to do on this case. Note: Never the CC available to listen so I sent many mails to then for reminder of connection termination but none where answered.

This guys seriously doing fraud and not able to provide the the service and frustrating consumer and mentally harassing them, I want to put a harassment case on them and want to get back my money paid to them.
