Amazon India Sellers Sold iPhone Without Warranty

I bought the iphone(GOLD) 5s from Amazon.in. It was purchased as third party through THE SELLER BuyerBabu – Amazon Marketplace and dispatched to me on 4th August, 2016. Now in january,2017 my phone wont switched on. I take that to the Apple Service center in my city (PATIALA. PUNJAB). They firstly abused me that i bought my phone from third party and not from Apple Store directly, also told me that the IMEI No on my phone shows that it is US based phone and its Service is not provided in India. But i bought it from an Indian Shopping Site. Even then i am facing the problem. One thing more they told me that the details of the phone does not matched with the bill provided by you.

Then i contacted Customer Care Executive of amazon. She gave my details to the seller(BuyerBabu). He Contacted me and took my phone from my doorstep for Service on Feb 24th, 17. After that, now on March 6th, 17 they are sending a maIL TO ME and writing that my phone will not get serviced and they will dispatch my phone(defected) back in 2-3 days.

As my phone is still under the Warranty of 1 year, Why i cant get its service. I have spend money and very soon i am frustrated from the service of such a big brand.

Kindly help me out if you can.
