I have ported my mobile number (9505XX0653) to JIO with Aadhar on 6th February. On 22nd February 2017 around 4:23pm I called customer care and asked them to cancel my alternative jio number (say B) which I took directly. But the executives have wrongly deactivated 950XXX0653 number instead of B. I got a mail on 28th February 2017 saying my number 9505050653 has been disconnected from Jio. I immediately raised a request for reactivation with reference number SR000006Y3QF And no response from Jio team irrespective of calls and emails I send.
Dear Sir, I have purchased Jio sim on Dec. 2016 from Bahraich U.P. and after some time sim was not working, So I am Exchange the Sim on 04/03/2017 with provide Aadhar & Photo. But It has not been activated yet. New Sim card details : 8991 8710 4000 7138 6619 and Mob. No. 8840926526 Please activate the sim ASAP. Regards, Subrat Singh
