Amazon India Selling Mobiles Without Warranty

I have purchased one Smartphone A269i,from Amazon.in Store,by August 2014. Sr. No.HJA1F8X1. Within 1 year the battery become weak and phone become switched off frequently, even the battery meter shows full or 60% or more. When I visited Lenovo’s site to see the Warranty, it shows a warranty period from 18-03-2014 to 16-04-2015. The manufacturing date of the battery is 22-01-2014. That means that warranty starts from the date of manufacturing of the handset, and not from the date of purchase of the same. It is a fraudulent act from Lenovo’s end. I think the life of a smartphone by the so called LENOVO ends up with the Warranty. And even the customer care support is available for some selected products only. Lenovo’s service centre network is also very poor, they could not find even what is the problem. And if they find the problem, we have to spend an amount equal to the cost of a new one. How can a customer like me trust Lenovo’s quality and Customer Care. In my experience spending for Lenovo product is a waste of time and money. And I’m so much frustrated that, when we make or attending an urgent call the phone become switched off itself and restart only when we connect it to a power point. What a pathetic situation it is. Now anybody asks me about Lenovo, I’m advising them not to go up with purchasing Lenovo product. NO GUARANTEE FOR PRODUCTS LIFE, NO WARRANTY FOR REPAIR OR OF ITS PARTS. Why a customer spend this much money just for pain and strain. Stay cool purchasing some other quality proven products. That is good for all.
