I booked tickets to Mumbai with my family in 02020 NGP-CSTM premium train. But the train got late by 27 hours due to rains in Mumbai. So we had to opt for some other options. And i filed TDR immediately i came to know abt the late schedule. But my TDR was rejected saying train was running Normal. Its strange.
