My name is Jasbir Singh. My consumer number is 507802 in HP Gas at Saraswati Gas Service, Pehowa. I have received the cylinders on 12-08-2015 and 17-09-2015. but the subsidy for both these cylinders is not credited in my bank account till now. My adhaar card is properly linked to my account. So please credit the amount soon.

My Indane lpg consumer no. is D05364 and my lpg id is 3750000097556516. My lpg gas cyl (14.2 kg) has been delivered to me on 08/05/2015 vide cash memo no.3000016385 by Phool Indane gas service, Shikarpur, Dist- Bulandshahr, up-203395, distributor std code no.05732/230728. I am a ctc customer and well linked to dbtl. Earlier subsidy nicely received in my PNB a/c no. 3125000102051246. Please credit subsidy for said query at earliest.
