I had placed an order of Canon DSLR Camera on 19th February with Order no Order # 402-2602704-5708305 I have purchased the item by making payment through my ICICI credit card on 6 month EMI. Amazon is not delivering my product for last 18 days. I have tried reaching Amazon customer care 5-6 times but they just say that there is some fulfillment team within their company which is not replying and hence they dont have any update. They asked me to cancel the order but the problem is if I cancel my order, I still have to pay my EMI to the bank.

I want that either Amazon should ship me my product or compensate me with Rs 24490 + intrest and penalty which I have to the Bank as a part of my EMI or cancelling my EMI with bank.
