We have purchased Panasonic LED TELEVISION, ON 29TH SEPTEMBER’2016, WITH 3 YEARS warranty mentioned on invoice copy attached.. now last week we have registered a complaint on Panasonic toll free ( complaint no: R29021606821) that our tv was not working,, service engineer attended the same and told that panel inside the tv was not working and they told that withing 15 days they will replace under warranty of the same
Panasonic service manager today called us and telling that panel is not available for this model as they don’t have stock and they suggesting that we should buy new tv and will get 50% discount on that as a substitute for our complaint of panel replacement under warranty
