Spidigo broadband – No Customer Care

I have purchased 2 MBPS broadband plan. My user id is smit57.Since last 4 days my internet is not working. I have registered complaint on 3/3/16. My trouble ticket number is 160302438.They told me your complaint will solved within 48 hours. Now it is more than 4 days. This is the recent issue. Previously also I have faced same issues. And company is not giving proper service. So I am registering Complaint against the company on 07/03/2016 at 9 pm.

I want the refund of the total amount I paid to company at the time of registration.
