Serial No of the product: KR140305193. The product purchased on 14/08/2014 , Invoice no:JH/CA14/598. Issue: The product is not running properly due to bad parts and literally not using it. The individual parts of the product are substandard and replaced thrice so far. The following parts replaced so far: Filters – 2 nos replaced on 23/07/2015 RO Membrane-1 nos on 23/07/2015 FRT – 1nos on 23/07/2015 CCB,Ballast -1 nos on 23/09/2015 G/S – 1nos on 23/09/2015 SV -1 nos on 5/11/2015. In one and half year forced to replace several parts of the product.

The product water purifier could not be used due to substandard spare parts and forced me to drink bad quality of water.
