Tikona Broadband – Unstable Connection

Hi, I have taken a connection on 29-Feb-2016 from tikona by paying Rs.2891. Which includes Rs.675/Month for 3 Months plan and installation charges of 500 + taxes. From the second day itself I was facing frequent disconnection problems and could not connect to internet for hours. Again on 4th March 2016 the internet got disconnected and the issues was resolved after 24 hrs by an engineer from tikona [Complaint number:1-3972353381]. He also agreed that the signals and week in my location and its almost not feasible here. But he did something and it again started working by 5th March 2016 with pretty low speeds. Then again on 7th it stopped working completely and i raised a complaint with their customer care with Complaint number : 1-3978577663.The customer care promised that the problem will be resolved within 1hr which never happened. Then I tried to call their customer care and couldnot connect to them.

Now after using the connection for almost 1week I’m tired with their worst connection. I don’t even know how they qualify as a broadband. They have taken the advance payment for 3Months and I feel i lost the money now. I also want my installation charges back as I was cheated and I want to disconnected. I want to disconnect my connection at the earliest.
