On last 24th April 2015 I was trying to purchase a Apple i-phone 5C from amazon.in & while purchasing Rs. 21490/- got debited from my bank account against Amazon Seller Services, but till now amazon is declining the amount they have charged and did not reverse the amount after 8 days, whereas as per their terms and policy they do revert back any unconfirmed / charge back/ unsolicited amount within maximum time of 48 hours. Only thing I have tried to purchase from Amazon on that mentioned date, and I do have written proof from my bank that Rs. 21490/- has charged by Amazon, but they have declined the receive of the amount & did not reverse in my bank account.

being from middle class family Rs. 21490/- is too much valuable for me, and its my last 3 months salary what they have debited. I want the total amount back, as I did not successfully purchase anything from Amazon by 24th April’15. My bank account statement is enclosed to your concern.
