I have perchased country vacations membership in Dec 2012. My customer ID is CVCH4CLUB5LB133592. My name is Dr Narendra Uttamrao Markad. While explaining the plan they promised me that they are offering me vacations for 30 years with lifetime club membership at the cost of Rs. 1,30,000, which I had paid with my and my brothers credit card. As I am a medical postgraduate and perusing my postgraduation for 6 years. I was knowing that for next 6 years I can not go for vacations still I perchased it as it was for 30 years. But now they are telling me that your vacations are for 5 years only. When I contacted the customer care they are not responding and asking me to pay extra money. Till now I have not used any vacations. When I am asking them to cancel my membership they are not doing it so.

I want them to cancel my membership and refund my hard earned Rs. 1,30,000 with interest of Rs 50000. And physical and emotional stress – Rs. 2,20,000. So they have to cancel my membership and refund me total of Rs. 4,00,000 as penalty
