I mistakenly returned k-phone mobile to amazon, instead of Titanium-S1. They called me and i returned them the correct one. they assured they will return my k-phone-1 which was earlier sent to them. despite many emails, till date they have not returned it. i am attaching my mails to them and their replies to it.

now i am without a phone, as both my phones are with them. they were supposed to return my k-phone 1 which was mistakenly sent to them. i want my money back now. it amounts to 1500Rs. and also damages of 10,000Rs for not replying to my mails and not returning my mobile in time.
