I have ordered a product on shop clues with order number – 18684669 on 17 Aug 2014, but the product is not delivers. but when i contacted the customer care they are saying that the product is delivered. When i asked them the proof of delivery they are just saying that the courier company has delivered the order.
I need the amount to be paid back with personal apologies from the shopclues team and courier persons.
