I Zaid Akhtar bought a Lenovo Zuk Z1 from Amazon, Ordered on 19 May 2016 and received on 22 May 2016 Order# 402-9343618- 3269160
This phone is getting hanged after receiving phone calls, unpredictable to say which call will hang it up.
During normal usage too, I am a very generic smartphone user not much geeky.
After spending so much of my hard earned money, it’s really painful to undergo this sort of situation.
Just an FYI, when my Zuk hangs itself up I need to do a hard reboot by pressing necessary buttons.
This is a very formal request to Lenovo Company to refund my money ASAP.
I am ready to proceed with any formalities required i.e. returning the handset or any documentation.
