I have a Moto G Turbo {IMEI:-3523590 71570091}, which stopped showing the display while put on charging, I took that phone to the above mentioned service center on 10 June 2016, they submitted the phone & gave me the date to collect the phone was 14 June, but when I called back them the phone was not done, so they again given me a date 17 June, I went on 17 June, & checked the phone there was another problem detected that Sim slot 1 is not detecting the sim, again they asked me to submit the phone & gave me the date to collect the phone & told me once we will be calling you, you can come to collect your phone back, I want there to collect the phone 5 July & the phone was in still same condition, & they told that when we were checking it was working fine but now its not, Ag ain they submitted the phone & they told me that it will be delivered by next day to my residence, I came back & on the promised day of delivery the phone call came from them saying the delivery boy is stuck in a traffic jam, so the phone will be delivered next day,& the next day delivery boy handed over the phone to me & went back, when I checked the phone , there was a black spot on the screen on the right hand side, I somehow managed, then when i was on my bed & using the phone the screen came out from the phone & fall on my face, & the MMC Reader was not reading the card as well, & the way those technician pasted my screen back it was looking like I did it on my own, & now the phone is looking like a shit, neither its working fine, nor its looking good, they filled my phone with the scratches & marks which comes when any untrained person tries to open the phone. Today 9 July, I went back to the service station, now again they have submitted the phone. Now please let me know how you would have felt , if you would have been on my place. Please escalate this issue ASAP, because I want a new phone now & if not I will go for the higher authorities & I mean it. Thanks Priyanka Sharma Mob: 965485XXXX
