Ambrane India promised me that they will return my repaired powerbank in 15 days and now 1 month and 6 days have passed and they are not responding to my mails properly and neither are attending my calls properly. My powerbank is with them and they are not returning it and are just making false promises. I think they have destroyed my powerbank and are not in state to return it.

There isn’t any physical damage but I am a student and cannot afford another bank. They promised me to return my powerbank within 15 days. I have been calling them almost daily and have been requesting them to return my powerbank and this is definitely wasting a lot of money if you look from student perspective.

First of all I want powerbank of same quality back and they must apologize for ignoring me and not talking to me properly on calls.
