I’am ponnanna, THIS COMPLAINT IS AGAINST industrybuying .com ONLINE SHOPPING WEBSITE. i ordered 2 goodyear tyre from industrybuying website worth 10647 and the order id is 481156 on 24/2/16. i have already paid full amount. its been more than 13 days and i dint get my product yet. there is no details in my account page. no order details in my order page and they dint have any answer for that. called customer care for more than 5 times but they are not responding. they lie every time that i will get product in 2 days. spoke to customer care executives Mr. Vishwadeepak Pandey, he sent me a screenshot of my order details through mail and when i replied 5 times requesting for delivery date he never responded. and after 2 days somebody called Miss Neha received my call and she had no knowledge about the product and the service said i will get my product in 2 days. then after 2 days i spoke to an executive Mr. Rajath and he promised to call me back two times and never called me. They dint tell me the delivery date. i need to know when ill get my product. please help me get my product. yours faithfully, Ponnanna.M.K
