I have bought RayBan Aviators Black by online from Book my offer.com on 03 Dec 2015 for Rs. 948. But company sent me duplicate product. Then I have registered a complaint through telecom & by email. My ticket no for that complaint is 79Y2BGEYHM.But company has not take necessary action till the date.

I have already spent so many my precious time & money for the product’ s replacement. I have already spent about Rs. 500 on telephone communication.i have also worried for my product from last 03 months. The main thing is company’s negligence that I have faced for last three months.

I want that company sent me original product & compensation for inconvenient.
