I did not subscribe to any real estate subscription but Rs 5 has been deducted twice. I have no clue how I had been subscribed to the facility. This smacks of some ill plan of the company to charge customers keeping them in dark and mint money. This is not the first time. Last time I was subscribed to hello tune facility. It is not about Rs 5 or Rs 30. But about the company making money through shady ways. This has caused severe inconvenience to me and if this grievance is not addressed, I ll be forced to take my case to higher authorities.
