We have booked a flat F1-703 in amrapali leisure park project with AMRAPALI GROUP in noida extension on July 2010.As per date, possession was scheduled to be given to us by Jan 2015 after resolving farmer’s court case. Builder has taken all money from us as per the agreement. But they have not given us possession till now and above that they are demanding extra money from us against the agreement. Also they are not following other rules of agreement. They are making their own rules for their benefit without concerning buyers. This is totally violation of real estate regulatory bill 2016 and against consumer.They have no fear of any government authority. Kindly take any action regarding this as soon as possible.

We didn’t got possession of house since Jan 2015. Now they are demanding extra money. We want builder to give possession of flat as per signed agreement in pre decided cost.
