Vide application No. 00000EBTJE DATED 30 SEP 16. after 10 days has been passed now your center replied on query that my coupon code is not valid. code was generated in front of your rep first time by Redmi Note 3 mobile and same was written on application form of JIO sim. How it is possible it can be redeemed by any other mobile. Now it is requested to resolve the issue at the earliest, otherwise consumer will have no other way to solve the issue through consumer court. Hello Sir/Madam I have generated the bar code to get jio SIM, but when I went to showroom to get the SIM, the retailer told me that it is already in use. I haven’t share my coupon no to anyone. Please block the SIM which is taken by coupon id: 555422 34008.
