For all delay even few days also you put penalty with 18% rate on me, but in your case, story is different. When amrapali penalty time came, you given me only approx. 12.5 months penalty without official reason.consent of customer. So let me know the reason with official reply 2. Number of floors increased without consent and also price is not adjusted, why? 3. Again, you delayed in possession date as per your promise ( 15th June’2015). Why penalty is not applied to you for this delay? 4. Quality of construction is really poor. who will compensate this? 5. Most important, the pain, mental sickness and physical fatigue in follow up with Amrapali Coorporate & construction office staff. who will compensate this. 6. Hope you will make sure the NOC letter from Noida Authority before possession of my flat ( C-306 )
