AMR’s Kessesl-i-Valley – Project In Complete – Review

I, Ambarish Trivedi & Harish Chandra Ram had bought 300sq feet shop in AMR’s “Kessesl-i-Valley” Yamuna Expressway Noida (U.P.) Project under I-Mall in June’2012. As per builder-buyer agreement made on 26th-Jun-2012, builder has to pay assured return of 12% on amount paid till possession and after possession they will leased out the shop for 9 years and provide 11% return. Now builder has stopped giving assured return from July-2014 onward without any reason. We have contacted AMR office several times but no one entertain our concern. We would like to put our soul voice to you that we are private service class person and we have invested all our hard earned saved money on to this project and we are not in such positions that tolerate any risk due this project. Also, we would like to inform you that due this pathetic situation we and our family are mentally harassed, there might be a situation that may lead to any dangerous moment in our life. So, we humble urge to you, kindly consider our complaint against AMR on keeping our problem caused by this particular situation and please help to get our money back from AMR because builder has broken the term and condition as agreed between us.
