Mobikwik.com – Transaction failed money deducted

I was purchasing a blue slippers worth Rs 499 INR on 12/12/2014 from snapdeal.com and paying through mobikwik wallet(www.mobikwik.com) So during the transaction money debited from my mobikwik wallet but then I don’t know what happened then transaction got failed though 499 was deducted from my account. When I called at snapdeal.com support services your team told me wait for 7-10 days for the automatic refund within 7-10 days After 7 days you told me that snapdeal.com did not receive money contact mobikwik, and contact mobikwik.com, When I contacted them they told that money was transferred from mobikwik.com to snapdeal.com and they gave me 2 transaction id’s to conform from snapdeal such that they can refund the money. MOBIKWIK DURING OUR CONVERSATION MOBIKWIK.COM GAVE ME Transaction code and confirm the order status for :- MBK3069 & CCABL1AFW163 Also on the 10th day snapdeal.com finally registered an official complain for my issue with Request number 13632848 on 22 Dec 2014 but till today(2/1/2015) I did not get my refund till now. For the proof about the deduction of money I sent the screenshots of the conversation with mobikwik.com executive and my mobikwik payment history to snapdeal.com REGESTERED MOBILE NUMBER FROM WHICH I WAS PURCHASING =7696202xxx ITEM=BLUE SLIPPERS(OMEGA BRAND) PRICE=499 INR KINDLY HELP ME INN GETTING MY REFUND

First I want my 499 INR refund money Second at least 70-80( till 2/1/2015) INR as my mobile recharge ( Compensation amount of the calls that were made to snapdeal.com) Third compensation amount at least 1500 INR for the harassment I faced from 12/112/2014 till 2/2/2014 but how long I will face harassment I face.
