At veraval gujarat all local stores selling amul milk are charging more that its printed mrp and they collect it on the name of cooling charg. this is totally against the consumer act. when i asked they told me that amul is not giving cooling charges for there milk and customer have to pay for that. why should customer pay for that …??
all major cities in india or in gujarat, seller is not asking any charges for cooling then why should i give at veraval !!
