i was contacted by the company and i was informed that i had win a gift which was ‘samsung galaxy grand 2’ mobile phone. my address was taken and after confirmation i was said to keep rs.5,000/-(rupees five thousand)only ready for the purpose. then i was assured dispatcher of the ‘samsung galaxy grand 2’ mobile phone. on 23rd September, 2014, i received the parcel with india post no.: cd071764678in from silpukhuri post office – 781003 after paying rs.5,000/- and after opening it i was shocked as it did not contained the said mobile phone, but had some sort of ‘shri siddh shubh laabh yantr’. i was very disappointed. i contacted the company and i was assured of dispatcher of the said mobile phone quickly. but, till now, after about four months also, i had to say it with a broken heart that till now the said mobile phone is not received by me. not only once, i contacted many times, through phone, email, post etc., same assurance same promises, but till now no result.
i would like to request to kindly provide me the said mobile phone, i.e., ‘samsung galaxy grand 2’ or refund me the amount, i.e., rs.5,000/-(rupees five thousand)only.
