Tikona Broadband Service Consumer Review

I have taken Tikona broadband connection 2 months ago but from the next day of connection I faced the problem regarding connectivity. I call and complain a lot of time but no solution provided.Last one month service is in dead condition and I called them for disconnection and full refund. But they are not responding.

Due to no service of internet we faced a lot of problems financial and mental.At night time while service required we go to cyber Caffè per day. We are very mentally harassed due to this service and per day calling to tikona customer care.
