Sir, I had bought new lumia 535 on 11 dec’14 imei no.355741060976743 which was a defective set verbally confirmed by local nokia service centre, the phone has been returned to retailer(Armaan communication) then from him to dealer and as the policy goes for a defective set the retailer have to issue a new set in replacement but no replacement has made till date by the retailer . On repeated contact with both the retailer and distributor both are behaving indifferently towards me, till date i have neither the handset nor the money i have paid to the shopkeeper thus it is my request to you sir for kindly having my rights protected as consumer.
For that i Would like to monitory compensation since any mere apology for the retailer would be meaningless since he has shown no interest towards my problem
