Sir, I have purchased a Chimni (Padmini Essentia) and Gas Stove from Anand Creations before three years ago but from the day one the Chimni was not functioning properly. I tried to contact trader but he shifted his business to Krishna Nagar Mathura in some other name(above Sl no.2) and old premises has have a board of Exide Insurance in place of Anand Creations, so I could not made any complaint about Chimni and Gas Stove. After three years any how I get in contact with Shri Satish Agrawal ie trader of Anand Creations who than send a Mechanic at my residence on 20/5/2015. As per mechanic the Suction of Chmini should be 5” in stead of 3” as installed by mechanic of Shri Satish Agrawal. Deficiency in installation of product by his mechanic is not accepted by the trader.
