Reliance 3G – Non refund bill & non cancellation service

This is about my Reliance 3G internet dongle connection. The relationship number is 500003906600 and the account number is 76662xxx. For the last many months, I am not receiving any service on this device. However, I used to receive bills to the full amount to be paid. For the first few times, I had filed a complaint and I used to receive a refund. I received a bill for the last month which was billed for 2 months (charging me Rs. 1789 that included late payment charges). I contacted their customer care number (30335555) and filed a complaint for refund for these two months as well as for immediate cancellation and termination of subscription on 25th April 2015. The complaint numbers are as follows: Complaint # for refund of charges- 232636648 Complaint # for termination of subscription- 232636378 I had specifically requested for immediate email confirmation of the complaints but did not receive any despite confirmation of the same by the customer care personnel. 2 days after these complaints were filed, I received a call from customer care where the personnel asked me all the details of the subscription and asked me to hold the call. However, before the call went further, I was hung up on. I did not receive any further communications from reliance via phone. This month, I have received a bill again that not only shows previous amount as unpaid, but also has added rent for Rs. 350 with a due date of 2nd June 2015, indicating that my subscription has still not been terminated despite a complaint being filed a month back.

The charges applied should be rolled back with immediate effect and the subscription be terminated immediately. I should also receive confirmation of the same via email and hardcopy.
