Andhra Bank has released the 95% of my home loan fund without inspecting the construction. Builder had not completed the project neither gave me an possession. As a result, I’m paying home loan since 3 year. Builder neither giving me the money back or completing the building. It is because of the bank negligence, builder got the money and cheated us. I’m making this case to get back all the money that I paid towards the building.

Consequences are that I’m under the mental stress and it started affecting my health. Paying the EMI without knowing the builder is very stressful. I’m recently married showing that proper as my asset so it started affect my marriage life as well.
