Anjali Mukerjee Health Total – Reviews

Hi , I am a client of Anjali Mukerjee health total Kondhwa centre , Pune I had enrolled for 20 KG weight loss program for 25 weeks duration in November 2014, At the time of joining I was committed a 20 KG weight loss which was not achieved in given time period , I am still struggling with my weight and got irritated with the remedies and solutions the centre staff advised me and stopped visiting the centre , From the beginning till the end no regular follow ups were made to make the client come back to the centre and complete the programs with the enthusiasm, After 2 months When I went back to the centre the staff was completely changed , They were not able to find my file and I was suggested to meet the senior nutritionist next week to start my program again and at that time they promised me that they will give me the reminder calls prior my appointments but again not followed.

This Saturday I missed my appointment as I was busy with my work and I didn’t received any reminder call , In the evening they call me for placing my appointment again and I asked them to place my appointment for 10 AM Sunday but it was not possible as the slot was busy , same thing happened for Tuesday and finally Wednesday 10 AM appointment was given to me , I reached the centre at sharp 10 AM but the centre was not open , At 10:05 a nutritionist named shweta reached centre and when I told her that I had an appointment today she said you have to wait as the centre is not yet opened and will get open by 10:20 – 10:25 AM and you have to wait for the doctor, I told her it is really difficult for me to stay back as I am a working woman so please place my appointment day after tomorrow at 10 AM and I left. After few hours the senior nutritionist named NAZNEEN called me in a defensive and rude voice as if I am not a client and a servant to her, She mentioned me that the centre opens by 10:30 and not by 10 AM so ‘it is your mistake to come by 10 AM’, I told her that I have taken an appointment of 10 AM as centre opens by 10 AM morning and for me being a working woman is not possible to come late afternoon and early evenings , Then she narrated me that centre provided me with the reminder call for Saturday to which I said I it was not , My appointment was at 12 noon and I received the call by 2:30 PM that means I already missed my appointment, But she kept on arguing in a very harsh voice. I am writing this complaint to bring it to your notice the rude behaviour experienced by me of your senior nutritionist. I am feeling so disgusted to spend my precious time and hard earned money , Sorry to say that Anjali Mukerjee health total is made up of people who commit false promises and doesn’t have soft skills to deal with their clients. I am not at all satisfied with the services you provided to me and demand my refund as I haven’t achieved weight loss which was committed to me. Hope I will get a revert ASAP Thanks Shaila Khan
